Sure, it’s clean now… But will it Stay Beautiful?
Don’t you wish your carpet could last longer, smell better, and always look clean? Our Stay Beautiful Program offers year round protection so that you never have to worry about your carpet looking bad, smelling bad, or wearing prematurely.
Here’s How It Works
After you receive your initial cleaning by us and your carpets look fantastic, we complete your invoice and payment is submitted for services rendered that day. You will then have the option to join our Stay Beautiful Program. For only 10% of the cost of your initial cleaning per month, we will return to your home in 6 months to re-clean all the open areas (where most dirt and debris is collected) and again in 12 months for a full cleaning, exactly the same as your initial cleaning. You’ll basically get TWO cleanings a year for the price of ONE! Plus, we will include one Emergency Spot Cleaning per year to use as needed for FREE ($135 value). You can cancel at any time, for any reason.
If we come in and clean wall-to-wall carpet in your living room, dining room, den, and hall and your total comes to $236.40, we would charge you that amount for your initial cleaning. Then, for the Stay Beautiful Program, the following month and thereafter, your checking account or credit/debit card would be charged $23.64 (10%). We would call you in 6 months to confirm a convenient time to come back and clean all the open areas of your living room, dining room, den and hall. You will owe nothing at the time of service unless you add on other rooms or items. Then again, in 12 months, we would call you to confirm a time to come back and re-clean wall-to-wall carpet of those same areas. Plus, imagine one month after your cleaning spilling a glass of coffee on your beautiful clean carpets. We will come take care of that spot for FREE. Just give us a call.

Carpets Last Longer- Carpets are a filter in your home. They filter dust and debris from the air and collect it in the carpet fibers. This is great for your breathing, but bad for your carpet. All of those tiny dust and dirt particles become deeply embedded in your carpet and act like sand paper to your carpet fibers. This cuts into the fiber and breaks it down over time. Dirt and debris, as it scratches and abrades the fibers, causes the light to refract away from your eyes, rather than reflect evenly. This causes the dark wear patterns in your traffic lanes and greatly reduces the number of years of life in your carpet. With Stay Beautiful, fiber-cutting grit is removed on a regular basis so your carpets will last longer and look better.
Pre-Scheduled Maintenance- We all have busy lives. Maintaining your carpet is probably one of the last things on your priority list until it becomes an issue. By joining our Stay Beautiful Program we can schedule it 6 months and one year in advance, or we contact you to arrange the best time for cleaning as the dates approach. Our goal is to make your life easier and your carpet maintenance program as easy as possible.
Great Value- By joining our Stay Beautiful Program you not only have great looking carpets, but save money also. We provide one Emergency Spot Cleaning ($135 value) and one 6 month open area cleaning as well as your regular annual cleaning. By keeping your carpets clean and maintaining them regularly, they will last up to 50% longer for almost half the cost. That’s like money in the bank!
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I want to cancel or move to a new home?
When joining the program, you will sign an agreement that clearly explains what to expect from the program. This agreement is not a contract and can be cancelled ANYTIME. Just give us a call. Any unused amount already paid will be returned by check or credited to a final cleaning.
Can I include other services other than carpet cleaning?
Of course! Anything we clean on the initial cleaning can be included in the program such as, tile and grout, upholstery, area rugs or garage floor.
Are there any fees for setting up payments?
There is no fee to use a voided check and set up ACH withdrawal from your checking account (preferred). However, there is a $1.00 per month fee for using a credit/debit card. While we normally don’t charge a fee for using a credit/debit card, we must for this program because our services are so heavily discounted.
What spots are not covered under the Emergency Spot Cleaning?
The emergency spot cleaning does not include pet urine or feces, petroleum based products, extensive soiling throughout the home or major water or sewage damage. It is meant to be “oops” protection and prevent spots from becoming permanent stains.
Is there a minimum charge?
The minimum charge for the initial cleaning must meet or exceed $135.00.
Do I have to remember to set up the subsequent cleanings?
This program is to make your life easier. We will call you 2 to 3 weeks prior to your cleaning time to schedule.
